Diversity Toolkit

The Diversity Toolkit provides links to publications and electronic resources to institutionalize cultural knowledge and diversity at Georgia Southern. This toolkit was compiled as part of EDI’s ongoing effort to provide a resource to the Georgia Southern community to help manage the many facets of diversity and inclusion.

The Diversity Toolkit is designed to create a meaningful blueprint that includes sustained inquiry, examination of challenges, and meet the needs of colleagues and students as they explore the territory of diversity and inclusion.

Stereotype/Bias Reduction

Stereotype / Bias Reduction review best practices for reducing stereotypes and prejudices in the workplace.

Intercultural Conflict Style

Intercultural Conflict Style reviews the tools for identifying core approaches for resolving conflict across cultural and ethnic differences.

OUCH! That Stereotype Hurts

OUCH! That Stereotype Hurts is a seasonal training routinely offered in Georgia Southern’s Fall semesters. This training is designed to increase the ability to create an inclusive environment where all are welcomed, treated with respect and able to do their best work.
