Call for Proposals

Applications are currently available. Review Periods biweekly beginning September 6, 2021.

Up to $750 may be requested per event/proposal. Georgia Southern faculty, staff, and students are encouraged to submit proposals requesting funding for guest speakers, exhibitions, performances, or other events/initiatives which will be held on campus during the academic year. Applications will be reviewed on a recurring basis. It is highly recommended that proposers submit event proposals by the end of the first full week of the month prior to the month of your engagement to give ample time for review, decision making, and fund processing. **The team will be more inclined to fund events that have 50% or more funding secured for their proposal prior to seeking partnership with the OIE.** You can find the application linked here. If you have any questions, please send an email to the Office of Inclusive Excellence Graduate Assistant, Anderson Johnson, at anderson-johnson@georgiasouthern.edu.
