Women’s Leadership Series ERG

Overview

The Women’s Leadership Series Employee Resource Group (WLS-ERG) exists to enhance the diversity and inclusion goals of Georgia Southern University, including support for faculty, staff and students who identify as women in their desire for leadership experiences, professional development, and peer mentoring through the Women’s Leadership Series Employee Resource Group.

Mission

The Mission of the WLS-ERG is to enhance the professional lives of women at Georgia Southern University by providing them with an avenue to gain leadership skills and seek career mentoring in a supportive environment. Participants in the WLS-ERG propose, plan and lead session topics that address professional development interests, public/university policy, workplace concerns, and other issues that impact the career progression and career satisfaction of women employed by or enrolled at Georgia Southern University.

Membership Eligibility

Membership in the WLS ERG is available to faculty, staff and students who identify as women at Georgia Southern University. All members are eligible to be members of the Steering Team.
